I purchased this VESPA in 1999 and had it completely restored. That includes
new paint (Toyota Camry cream white), electrical, new tires and chrome fixtures.
In 2002 the original engine (shown in the pictures here) began having problems
and I attempted to get it properly rebuilt, but it was decided to have a
brand new Bajaj 150cc engine installed. This definitely made the scooter
much more reliable, powerful and more enjoyable to ride.

During the engine install the paint on the front cowling and the left handle
bar was chipped. I was hoping to order touch up paint from Toyota, but never
have gotten around to it .. which is basically why I'm selling the scooter.
I'm just unfortunately too busy to enjoy it except for once every couple of
months on a dry day for a ride.

Other changes not shown in the pictures are obviously the installation of
a mounting bracket for a license plate, a new piaggio speedometer which is
more fitting of its vintage. A new speedo cable and I believe I have a
new headlamp kit that I did not install.

    Asking $3200 OBO
