The Genius Way to Press the Ctrl Key

About two years ago, I came across a forum where someone suggested that pressing the Ctrl key with the outer edge of your palm can be more convenient. I gave it a try, and fount it really saved my pinky finger and made my keystroke feel much smoother.
As a Linux user, I rely heavily on the terminal, which involves frequent use of Ctrl key combinations, such as Ctrl-a to move the cursor to the begining of the line, or Ctrl-b to move the cursor one character to the left. I am also a Vim user, and instead of reaching for the Esc key to exit intert mode, I use its equivalent, Ctrl-[, which allows me to stay my hands within the main typing area.

However, after using this trick for a while, I started experiencing discomfort in my palm from pressing the Ctrl key on an external mechanical keyboard. My palm kept hitting the hard and sharp corner of the keycap. To fix this, I discovered another trick: flip the Ctrl keycap upside down. This way, the flat surface faces towards my palm, making it much more comfortable and preventing any pain.
